Although we are based in Grand Rapids, our service reaches all of West Michigan. If a client from West Michigan needs to see a specialist outside of that geographic location, we are able to provide that option.
As this is a new service, we do not have insurance coverage. We have adapted our pricing to be the equivalent of what it would cost for each user if insurance coverage was included.

We prefer a 24 hour notice, but we will do our best to connect a Medical Advocate with each client within the timeframe required to get to the appointment.
If your appointment went well and you had a good connection with your Registered Nurse, they will become your personal Medical Advocate for future appointments.
We conduct several interviews with each Registered Nurse. Once those are completed and PEACE of Mind staff decides to move forward, background checks and verification of RN licenses are audited.
Once the appointment has finished, the Registered Nurse will follow up with the client's family members to update them on how the appointment went. From there, the documentation of notes are put on a secured, HIPAA compliant file that is then transferred over to the client and their family members to stay informed.
Our service requires private pay. Depending on the amount of appointments, we will send out an invoice weekly to the client or their family member. If you choose to utilize our membership, payments will be made every 3, 6, or 12 months.
Every report is kept on a safe and secured file that is only accessible to PEACE of Mind, the client, and the family member's of the clients choosing. Reports will soon be accessed and shared by our HIPAA compliant app-development partner, Care Convene.
If the pick-up of prescriptions is after the appointment, yes. The client is required to be present.
If a client had a good connection with their Registered Nurse, the client and their personal Registered Nurse can coordinate the next follow up visit based upon their schedule and availability.
